To start my recipe section off, I’m posting one of my top 5 favorite keto meals raved about by everyone keto and not: Keto Chicken Pot Pie.
I use Kasey Trenum’s base recipe you can find here and have modified it slightly over the many times I’ve made it.

Following Kasey’s recipe, these are the only alterations to make:
I cook 1lb diced bacon first and then cooked the veggies in the grease instead of butter.
I use onion, carrots, and celery for the veggies, and sub rotisserie chicken. No xantham gum either.
Also, I use 1 cup almond flour in lieu of coconut flour.
