My friend Cristy posted some amazing Keto donuts a week ago. Of course I had to hurry and make them and finally got around to it today.
First batch I made was chocolate with Nekstella glaze and Flavor God Chocolate Donut Seasoning. The second batch was strawberry with a strawberry cream cheese glaze.
1 Scoop Keto Chow
1 Tbsp melted butter or preferred oil
3 oz shredded monterey jack cheese
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1 oz softened cream cheese
1 Tbsp swerve or erythritol
1/2 cup water
Mix all ingredients in a bowl then fill each reservoir. Microwave for 8 minutes.
Use your preferred complimentary flavor topping. A good base glaze recipe is 1/2oz softened cream cheese and 1Tbsp heavy cream with your choice of flavored stevia drops.
