If you haven’t tried Keto Chow before, you are missing out more than a virgin at a strip club. Seriously, this stuff is the ultimate keto-made-easy supplement. It’s incredibly customizable to your macro needs without losing its baseline of complete necessary keto nutrients. It’s packed full of vitamins and minerals and also electrolytes, which we all know the importance of when eating keto. As the founder, Chris Bair, says, “the aim of Keto Chow is to be nutritionally complete keto food with 1/3 of ALL your nutritional requirements in each meal (electrolytes, protein, fat, vitamins, fiber, ALL of it).”
It’s flavorful, delicious, and incredibly easy to make and prepare! If you’re an on-the-go ketoer, this may be what you’ve been looking for! Coming in at an average of $3.10 a serving, it’s an incredibly affordable meal replacement with 18 flavors to choose from. You can try their sample packs as well to figure out your preferred flavor and way to prepare before committing to the full-size bags. It has 5 star reviews out of all 72 on their website. It is recommended to replace 1-2 of your daily meals with the supplement, but would still be completely healthy if you ate it for all three. That is how amazingly nutritionally rounded this product is! And hey, if you wanted to just get all the nutritional benefit (vitamins and minerals) without the specific flavors or protein
When preparing, the standard directions are to mix one serving of the powder with 14-16oz of water and 1/2 cup HWC. If you want to add avocado oil as well, lower the HWC to 1/4 cup and do 1/8 cup of the oil. The beauty of keto chow is that it is fully customizable to your personal palate. I personally thought the standard mix was too thick for my preference so I subbed coconut milk for the HWC. You could also use almond milk instead, and MCT oil in place of avocado oil. I also love to blend the powder with HWC, oil, water, and ice to make it milkshake-like. If you like the Mocha flavor, mixing it with cold brew instead of water makes for a great coffee drink. I like to add my Elevate Smart Coffee to it as well.
I also made Keto Donuts using the keto chow powder, which were decadent and guilt-free and also plan to make pancakes with it. You seriously have so many options and possibilities! They even just released a Savory Chicken Soup flavor that I’m dying to use for dinner in the fall! Can you also say Eggnog and Pumpkin Spice?! Because those are also available flavors. So, if you haven’t hopped on the keto chow train, be the damn conductor and order some. You’ll wish you had found it sooner.
Can’t wait to receive my keto chow samples!! (Hate the name though, lol, reminds me of dog food)
