Wicked Seasoning

There is a local restaurant called El Gaucho that is a high-end fancy steak house where majority of the food is served a la carte and costs a pretty penny. If you go during Happy Hour you can get a fantastic meal for relatively affordable.

Anyway, the point of this is that they have a recipe called Wicked Shrimp that is to die for. It’s got a great kick and the flavors are incredible. Seriously, it’s fucking delicious! They also use the seasoning for their tenderloin diablo, which is also incredible, wings, sausage etc. My mouth is watering just writing this and I have now made dinner plans for tomorrow! Back to the food- all those dishes use their house “Wicked Seasoning” which I could literally put on everything! Even my husband who can’t do much spice enjoys it. You can buy the seasoning from their website or at the restaurant locations, but I found a recipe to make it online for much cheaper, obviously. My sister and I made a big batch that we split between us and I fully intend on giving it as gifts this Christmas. One of my favorite ways to use it is to cook some shrimp in the air fryer, toss in butter, then mix with the seasoning. It’s so quick and you can’t beat the mouth feels it gives. So, whip up some of this shit STAT and thank me when you sprinkle it on anything and everything.

Wicked Seasoning:
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
1/2 tsp. Dried Rosemary, Crushed
1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano
