Who loves EASY one-dish dinners?
Here’s one for you that was SOOOOOO good and only 6 ingredients.
Fill a baking dish with shredded rotisserie chicken.
Mix some SF BBQ sauce until the chicken is coated. (We used our favorite, @alternasweets)
Add in half a chopped onion and some bacon bits, or chopped bacon if you have it.
Mix altogether and top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375
